I am a classicist by interest, a teacher by training, and a lifelong learner by choice.

I grew up and returned to teach in Loudoun County, Virginia after completing a MT in Foreign Language Education with a concentration in Latin at the University of Virginia. Entering the classroom in 2012, my primary challenge was how to teach adolescents a "dead language." I am pursuing a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Designing Digital Learning in Schools (DDLS) at George Mason University.
