2026 Registration fees

$85 for T-Ball (ages 4-6) 2020-2022

$115 for 5-pitch (ages 7-10) 2016-2019

$115 for JR. Softball (ages 11-14) 2012-2015

$120 Softball (ages 15-18) 2008-2011

Fees include polyester sports jersey, team photo, end of season trophy and gift.

NEW THIS YEAR: All players must supply their own appropriate batting helmet.

* Division selection is to be made by Birth Year.

* Any division changes MUST be requested through the CMSA committee, and will only be adjusted with committee approval

CMSA 2026 Waitlist 2026 Waitlist Form DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL TEAM PLACEMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED Once contacted by CSMA and offered a spot in a League, you must reply within 48 hours and complete payment within 7 days of registering. Failure to do so will forfeit your spot and move you to the bottom of the waitlist. Please take time to fill out registration properly - any errors may cause delay in processing, and bump players to the bottom of the waitlist. All players must be within their age group. Age groups are as follows: Tball 4-6 years old- 2020-2022 5 Pitch 7-10 years old - 2016-2019 JR. Softball 11-14 years old - 2012-2015 ** Softball 15 to 18 years old - 2008-2011 ** 2025 Fees are as follows: Tball $85 5 Pitch $115 JR. Softball $115 Softball $120 Season will begin the week of May 18th.
