CAC General Meeting - JOINT ADVISORY MEETING WITH AAPAC
Our November General Meeting is our annual joint meeting between SFUSD’s African American Advisory Committee and the Community Advisory Committee for Special Education (CAC). Many families live at the intersection of being Black and navigating special education. Too often, we’re asked to advocate for our children in separate rooms. This meeting brings us together, because when it comes to fair treatment, real support, and high expectations for children, we are advocating for the same things. We are stronger when we do it together.

The executive board of the Community Advisory Committee for Special Education meets on the first Monday of the month from 6-8pm. The first meeting of the 26-27 school year will be announced soon.
These meetings are open to the public.
