Check out the recent press release about Special Education!
Navigating special education can feel overwhelming — especially when you're doing it for the first time. We're building a system where no parent has to figure it out alone.
This space is for our upcoming mentorship and parent liaison program, designed to connect families with other parents who’ve been through the process and can help guide the way.
Coming soon!
A parent mentor is someone who’s been there — a caregiver who understands IEP meetings, services, and how the system works (and sometimes doesn’t). Mentors provide support, share tips, and remind you: you’ve got this.
Liaisons help bridge communication between families and schools. They don’t replace staff — they walk alongside families to make sure information is clear, meetings are supportive, and no one falls through the cracks.
When families are supported, students thrive. This program will:
Help families feel more confident and less isolated
Build community across school sites
Create space for learning, advocacy, and empowerment
