Device means any device that can access the Service such as a android mobile, a digital tablet.

It refers to third party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Cabzzy acts only as a platform to BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., through the Cabzzy application, acts only as a technology platform to connect users (drivers, agents, and riders).users (such as drivers, agents, and riders). Once a ride is accepted or started, Cabzzy is not responsible for any disputes, damages, miscommunications, service issues, or any other problems arising between the users. All interactions and transactions conducted through the app are solely between users. Use of the app and services is at your own risk.
In case of a data breach that may compromise your personal information, Cabzzy will notify you via email or in app notification in accordance with legal requirements. We will also notify relevant authorities and take immediate steps to contain and resolve the issue,
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
We collect your location data to match you with nearby users (drivers or riders), show live location on maps, and help with pickup/drop navigation. If allowed, we may collect location data in the background to enable real time tracking during an active ride, even when the app is not open. You can disable this anytime from device settings.
Camera and photo library access are used for uploading your profile image, ID proof, vehicle photos, and other documents required for service eligibility. We only access this data when you choose to upload a file.
From Android 13+, we use `READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` and `READ_MEDIA_AUDIO` to access images/audio strictly for user initiated uploads or verification.
We use push notifications to inform you about ride status updates, new offers, safety alerts, and communication from drivers/riders. You can manage these permissions anytime from system settings.
Cabzzy runs a foreground service while you are on an active ride to ensure uninterrupted live tracking, pickup status, and location sharing between drivers and riders. This helps enhance safety and real time updates.
Background location is used only when a ride is active or in progress, to allow real time tracking and improve rider/driver safety. We show a clear, persistent notification whenever background location tracking is active. No background data is collected when idle or outside the ride.
We use read/write external storage permissions only on Android 12 and below, and only when the user manually uploads images (such as profile photo, vehicle images, or license). We do not access, modify, or scan user media without explicit user action.
we use overlay permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) only to display important ride related views (like ride status popups or call windows) even when the app is not active. This is never used for advertisements or disruptive content. Users can disable this permission anytime via settings.
We may detect the presence of apps like WhatsApp on your device to allow you to share ride details or contact drivers using your preferred messaging platform. No data is read or collected from these apps.
Our app uses the CALL_PHONE permission only to initiate phone calls when the user explicitly taps the Call button to connect with a driver or rider. The app never places calls automatically in the background.
We use third party tools such as Google Firebase, Crashlytics, and Analytics SDKs to monitor app performance, detect bugs, and improve user experience. These tools may collect anonymized usage data.

We access your location to match you with nearby users, track your ride, and ensure safety. Background location may be used when the app is not active to provide live tracking and arrival updates.
When the user operates in Driver mode, continuous location access may be required to enable ride matching, navigation, and real-time ride tracking for customers.
Location tracking may continue in the background only when the driver is online or when an active ride is in progress.
We use third party SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) for app performance monitoring and crash reporting. These SDKs may collect anonymized usage data.
We do not sell your data to any third parties. All personal data is stored securely, encrypted in transit, and used only to improve our services. You can review, update, or delete your data anytime.
We process your data based on your consent, legal obligations, or to fulfill our contractual obligations when using our services.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

This app uses Google services which may access the device’s Advertising ID for analytics or push notification purposes. We do not use it for advertising.
Cabzzy is owned and operated by BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., a Private Limited Company registered in India.
BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. uses Razorpay Software Private Limited as its payment service provider to securely process online transactions on behalf of the Company.
For the purpose of verifying the identity of drivers and preventing fraud, BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., through the Cabzzy application, may request Aadhaar information strictly for driver identity verification, in compliance with UIDAI guidelines and applicable Indian laws.
Purpose of Collection: The Aadhaar card is collected solely to ensure that only legitimate drivers are registered and to prevent fraudulent activity.
No Third-Party Sharing: Your Aadhaar information is never shared with any third party for any reason, including marketing or other commercial purposes.
No Selling of Data: Cabzzy does not sell Aadhaar information to any organization or individual.
Secure Storage: All Aadhaar information is stored securely using encryption and access is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.
Retention: Your Aadhaar information will be retained only as long as necessary for fraud prevention and legal compliance. Once it is no longer required, it will be safely deleted.
Aadhaar information is collected only from users who register or operate in Driver mode for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
Cabzzy allows users to operate the application in two different modes: Customer mode and Driver mode.
Users can switch between these modes within the application using the provided toggle or switch option. When switching modes, certain features, permissions, and information requirements may change depending on the selected mode.
For example:
Customer Mode allows users to search for drivers, request rides, and track ride progress.
Driver Mode allows users to accept ride requests, share live location, and provide transportation services to customers.
Certain additional information may be required for Driver mode, such as identity verification, vehicle information, driving license details, and supporting documents. This information is collected only for safety, verification, and fraud prevention purposes.
Users can switch between Customer and Driver mode at any time from within the application settings.
