Cabzzy, operated by BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, provides an online technology platform that facilitates the connection between Drivers and Agents. that facilitates the connection between Drivers and Agents for the purpose of arranging transportation services. Our platform acts as an intermediary that allows Drivers to find work opportunities through Agents and vice versa. It is important to note that we are not a transportation provider, nor do we employ Drivers or Agents. The relationship between Drivers and Agents is independent of Cabzzy , and we are not responsible for the actual transportation services provided.
Eligibility: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Creation: Users must create an account to access our Services. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up to date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any illegal activities or misuse our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent behavior, providing false information, or violating the rights of other Users.
Licensing and Compliance: As a Driver, you are responsible for ensuring that you possess all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required to legally provide transportation services in your jurisdiction. You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing your activities as a Driver.
Vehicle Condition and Safety: You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle in a safe and roadworthy condition. You must regularly inspect your vehicle to ensure it meets all safety standards and is fit for providing transportation services.
Conduct and Behavior: You must conduct yourself professionally and respectfully when interacting with Agents and passengers. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your account.
Accurate Information: As an Agent, you must provide accurate and complete information about the transportation services you offer, including the nature of the services, pricing, and any other relevant details. Misrepresentation of information is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Laws: You must ensure that your operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes obtaining any necessary licenses or permits to operate as an Agent in your jurisdiction.
Professional Conduct: You are expected to treat Drivers and passengers with respect and professionalism. Unprofessional behavior, including discriminatory practices or harassment, is grounds for account termination.
Payment Arrangements: Payments for transportation services are to be negotiated and agreed upon directly between the Driver and the Agent. Cabzzy is not responsible for facilitating payments or mediating payment disputes between the parties.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Driver and an Agent regarding payment or service quality, the parties involved must resolve the dispute independently. While Cabzzy may provide tools or resources if possible according to data availability to assist with dispute resolution, we are not obligated to intervene or provide a resolution.
No Liability for Services: BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, through the Cabzzy platform, provides a technology platform for connecting Drivers and Agents and does not provide transportation services for connecting Drivers and Agents but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the transportation services provided by either party. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur as a result of using our platform.
No Liability for Interactions: We are not responsible for any interactions between Drivers and Agents, including any disputes, accidents, or misconduct. By using our platform, you agree to release Cabzzy from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of or related to your interactions with other Users.
Cabzzy is a platform that connects riders and drivers. We are not responsible for any delay, damage, loss, or incident that occurs outside the app. You use the platform at your own risk.

The app requires location access (foreground and background) to match you with nearby rides, show your real time location, and improve safety. This permission is used only while you're using ride features, not otherwise.
The app may request access to your camera or media gallery — only to allow you to upload documents (e.g., driver's profile photo) or set a profile picture. We do not access your camera or media files without your permission.
This permission is used to display important ride related alerts (like an incoming ride request or navigation overlay), even if the app is minimized. We do not use overlays for advertising or any misuse.
You agree to book rides only when you intend to travel. Frequent cancellations or misuse may result in account restrictions.
Drivers/Agents must keep their availability updated and complete rides responsibly. If you're using the app as a driver, you agree to follow traffic rules, respect riders, and provide accurate location details.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that are found violating our policies, misusing the platform, providing false information, or causing harm to other users.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of those courts.
Payments made through Cabzzy are processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited on behalf of BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Software Private Limited. By completing a payment, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms and conditions. .
Cabzzy is owned and operated by BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a Private Limited Company registered in India. All services are provided under the direct management of the owner.
