By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”) or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you (“User”, “Driver”, “Agent”) agree to be bound by these Refund policy. These Terms govern your use of our platform, and it is important that you read and understand them before using our Services. BROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, through the Cabzzy platform, is committed to providing a seamless payment experience for our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review this refund policy to understand the terms and conditions for refund requests.
For all subscription purchases, users are eligible for a full refund request within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, the payment becomes strictly non-refundable
Cabzzy will process refund requests in accordance with this 7-day refund period and the terms mentioned in this policy.
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
Payment Error: If a payment error occurs, such as double charging, unauthorized transactions, or technical glitches, we will investigate the matter and issue a refund if the payment was not intended or authorized.
Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service or subscription for which you have made a prepayment, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Billing Discrepancies: In cases of billing discrepancies or overcharges, please contact our customer support team for resolution. Refunds will be issued based on the investigation results.
All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited on behalf ofBROGEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Failure to use a paid service or subscription.
Violation of our terms of service or usage policies.
Once a subscription recharge is completed and payment is processed, it is strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription durations and plans.
We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused time during the subscription period or for partial use of the services.

Provide the necessary information, including your payment details, account information, and the reason for the refund request.
Wait for our customer support team to review your request. We may request additional information or evidence.
Once your request is approved, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay and bank processing timelines.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction.
