Fritz Hansen
"[The HS-6] is a 20+ year old design, based on a Corbin and the V-1. The idea was to make it like a Corbin but not as tippy, so new people could get in a race boat and not go for a swim. Basically took the hard chine and rounded it. The mold is in Minnesota.
Very stable (good for beginners). Very good in shallows. Has good straight-line speed. Trim the canoe bow light. It has less chine, slightly harder to turn. Widest point is 9" behind center."
