Chatbot Function Outline:

Here are the Chatbot Functions based on what the user/ student may look for based on (FAQ) of other (BMCC) students.

Hyperlinks from (BMCC)'s website will be used to give the user and students relevant information.

Whenever something is not found or could not be answered, our chatbot would tell the user/ student to check-in with their advisor, degreework, cunyfirst, etc.
