Accommodation

Those of you registered with accommodation, you will be staying in Princes Gardens

Princes Gardens is physically located to the east of exhibition road which can be found on the campus map.

To get to Princes Gardens:

1. Walk down Exhibition Road until you get to Watt's Way

2. Walk East down Watt's Way

3. You will find the reception on the right in the SouthSide Building of Prince's Gardens

You are expected to arrive on Sunday August 28th and leave on Friday 9th.

Check-in will be after 2pm on August 28th. The reception is open 24 hours so there will always be someone there if there are any issues and you should be able to leave your bag at reception. A virtual tour of the accommodation can be found here.

All attendees will be staying in single ensuite rooms. Princes Gardens has a shared common room. There is a convenience store nearby and a bar which you are welcome to attend. The reception is on the southside of the Gardens and your accommodation will be on the eastside. The Gardens themselves are part of Imperial and you are welcome to sit and enjoy them.

You will need to check out on Friday 9th September morning before 10am. Since there will be lectures on the morning of Friday 9th September after check out you can leave your bag at reception in Princes Gardens or in the Gabor Common Room in Eastside building and pick it up after lunch or after the final tutorial. The lectures will finish at 12-30 on Friday 9th. There is a planned tutorial in the afternoon which finishes at 2-30 (see the timetable) but if you are travelling further afield it would be understandable to skip that.
