CounterSlide is developed and published by BUP Apps.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, stored, and shared when you use CounterSlide.

CounterSlide does not require a BUP Apps account and does not operate its own user database or custom cloud backend. However, the app uses certain Google services such as Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Games Services. These services may process information as described below.

1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

CounterSlide stores certain information locally on your device in order to provide normal game functionality.

This may include:

• game progress

• completed levels

• unlocked content

• Daily Puzzle state

• hint usage and remaining free hints

• tutorial completion status

• Full Game entitlement status

• language preference

• theme preference

• sound preference

• haptic preference

• other basic application settings

This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to a BUP Apps server.

You can remove locally stored application data by clearing CounterSlide’s app data through Android settings or by uninstalling the application.

2. Advertising

The free version of CounterSlide uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Depending on your region, consent choices, device configuration, and Google’s advertising systems, AdMob may process information such as:

• IP address

• approximate location derived from IP address

• device or advertising identifiers

• app interactions

• ad interactions

• diagnostic information

• device information

• information used for fraud prevention, security, analytics, and advertising

CounterSlide may display banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, and rewarded advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements are shown only when you explicitly choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit such as receiving an additional hint.

BUP Apps does not directly receive or store your complete advertising profile.

Google processes advertising-related information according to its own privacy policies and technologies.

3. Consent Management

CounterSlide uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required.

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may be asked to make choices regarding personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, consent, or other privacy-related settings.

These choices are handled through Google’s consent systems.

Where applicable, CounterSlide may provide access to privacy options so that you can review or update your consent choices.

4. Google Play Billing and Purchases

CounterSlide offers an optional one-time purchase called Full Game.

This purchase may:

• unlock additional game content

• provide unlimited hints

• unlock other Full Game features described inside the application

Purchases are processed entirely through Google Play Billing.

BUP Apps does not directly collect, process, or store your:

• credit card number

• debit card number

• banking information

• full payment credentials

Google Play handles payment processing.

CounterSlide may receive purchase-related information necessary to determine whether you own the Full Game entitlement and to restore your purchase.

This may include information such as purchase status, purchase token, product entitlement, or transaction-related status supplied by Google Play.

5. Google Play Games Services

CounterSlide may use Google Play Games Services for features such as achievements and player-related game functionality.

If you use Google Play Games Services, Google may process information including:

• player identifier

• gamer profile information

• display name or gamertag

• achievement information

• gameplay-related activity

• service interaction data

BUP Apps does not create a separate CounterSlide user account from this information.

Google Play Games participation is handled through Google services and is subject to Google’s own privacy policies.

6. App Activity and Diagnostics

Google services integrated into CounterSlide may process information about how the application is used.

This may include:

• app interactions

• advertisement interactions

• gameplay-related service interactions

• diagnostic information

BUP Apps does not operate a separate analytics database for CounterSlide.

CounterSlide does not request precise location permission and does not directly track your physical location.

BUP Apps does not sell your personal information.

BUP Apps does not provide personal information to independent data brokers.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

CounterSlide itself does not maintain a remote BUP Apps account database.

Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is:

• cleared through Android application settings

• overwritten as part of normal application operation

• removed by uninstalling CounterSlide

Information processed by Google services is retained according to Google’s own retention policies and your Google account, device, consent, and privacy settings.

Because CounterSlide does not provide BUP Apps user accounts, there is no separate CounterSlide account deletion process.

11. Security

BUP Apps takes reasonable measures to design CounterSlide in a manner that minimizes unnecessary data collection.

CounterSlide does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as:

• passwords

• contacts

• private messages

• photos

• videos

• microphone recordings

• precise GPS location

• health information

Data transmitted through Google services is handled using the security mechanisms provided by those services.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children and Age-Related Privacy

CounterSlide is not designed specifically for children and is not intended as a children’s application.

The application is marketed toward an adult audience.

BUP Apps does not knowingly operate a system intended to collect personal information directly from children.

Google services used by CounterSlide may apply age-related, regional, consent, and advertising restrictions according to applicable laws and Google policies.

13. International Data Processing

Google services may process information on servers located in countries other than the country in which you live.

Where applicable, such processing is governed by Google’s privacy practices, contractual safeguards, and applicable data protection laws.
