This Privacy Policy explains how BUP Harmonic Wheel (“the App”) handles user information.

BUP Harmonic Wheel is an offline harmonic mixing reference application designed for DJs and music producers.

We respect user privacy and have designed the App to operate without collecting personal or sensitive user data.

BUP Harmonic Wheel does not collect personal or sensitive user data.

The App does not require:

• User registration

• User accounts

• Login or authentication

• Names or contact information

• Email addresses

• Location information

• Device identifiers

• Photos, videos, or audio files

• Advertising identifiers

• Usage analytics

• Behavioral tracking

The App does not operate a developer-controlled backend, cloud database, or online user account system.

3. Data Sharing

BUP Harmonic Wheel does not sell, rent, transmit, or share personal or sensitive user data with third parties.

The App does not integrate advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or user profiling services.

There are no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs included for these purposes.

4. Offline Operation

BUP Harmonic Wheel is designed to operate completely offline.

The App does not require Internet access for its functionality and does not transmit user information to servers operated by bUP Apps.

5. Information Stored Locally on the Device

The App stores only limited application preferences locally on the user's device in order to preserve the user's selected settings.

These preferences currently include:

• Light or dark theme preference

• Application language preference

These settings remain locally on the user's device.

They are not transmitted to bUP Apps or to a developer-operated server and cannot be remotely accessed by bUP Apps.

Users may remove these locally stored preferences by clearing the App's data through Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

6. Advertising, Analytics and Tracking

BUP Harmonic Wheel does not contain advertisements.

The App does not use:

• AdMob

• Advertising networks

• User analytics services

• Behavioral analytics

• Cross-app tracking

• Advertising profiling

• Marketing trackers

bUP Apps does not use the App to track users across applications, websites, or services.

7. Google Play Purchases

BUP Harmonic Wheel may be distributed as a paid application through Google Play.

Purchases and payment processing are handled by Google Play, subject to Google's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

BUP Harmonic Wheel itself does not collect, process, or store users' credit card numbers, bank details, or other payment credentials.

Google Play may provide bUP Apps with limited order or transaction information where necessary for purposes such as:

• Order management

• Customer support

• Refund handling

• Accounting

• Tax compliance

• Legal compliance

Such information is handled separately from the App itself and is not used by bUP Apps for advertising, behavioral tracking, or user profiling.

8. Data Retention

Because BUP Harmonic Wheel does not collect personal or sensitive user data through the App or store such information on developer-operated servers, bUP Apps does not maintain a server-based database of App user information.

Locally stored application preferences remain on the user's device until they are changed, the App's data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled.

Google Play transaction records may be retained independently by Google and, where applicable, by bUP Apps for legitimate accounting, tax, customer support, refund, or legal compliance purposes.

9. Data Deletion

BUP Harmonic Wheel does not provide user accounts and therefore does not maintain user account data requiring an account deletion process.

Users can delete locally stored App preferences at any time by:

• Clearing BUP Harmonic Wheel's application data through Android settings; or

• Uninstalling BUP Harmonic Wheel from their device.

Any purchase or transaction records maintained by Google Play are governed by Google's applicable policies.

10. Data Security

BUP Harmonic Wheel has been designed to minimize privacy risk by avoiding the collection and transmission of personal and sensitive user information.

The limited App preferences described above remain within the Android application storage environment on the user's device.

Since the App does not transmit personal or sensitive user data to developer-operated servers, bUP Apps does not maintain remote storage containing such App user data.

11. Children's Privacy

BUP Harmonic Wheel is not specifically designed for or directed toward children.

The App does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information through the App.

12. Third-Party Services

BUP Harmonic Wheel does not integrate third-party services for advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or user profiling.

Distribution, purchasing, installation, updates, and related platform services provided by Google Play are governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if:

• The functionality of BUP Harmonic Wheel changes

• The App's data practices change

• Applicable laws or regulations change

• Google Play or other applicable platform requirements change

Any updated version of this Privacy Policy will show its effective or last updated date at the top of this page.
