Submission 

ONLINE SUBMISSION

1.     ABSTRACT

All participants are required to submit an abstract summarizing their innovation project. The length of abstract is maximum 300 words (maximum one (1) page), submitted in PDF format. The abstract shall include the following sections:

          • ·     Objectives

          • ·     Methodology

          • ·     Novelty & Inventiveness

          • ·     Potential Impact

          • ·     Sustainable Development Goals

The abstract will not be assessed as a separate judging component. It will serve as supporting documentation to assist judges in understanding the innovation before evaluating the video presentation.

2.     VIDEO PRESENTATION

All participants are required to submit a video presentation of their innovation project according to the following requirements:

                                        i.              The video must be uploaded to YouTube

                                      ii.               Participants must submit the YouTube video link through the designated submission platform.

                                    iii.               The maximum duration of the video is five (5) minutes.

                                    iv.               The video submission deadline is 31 July 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time, MYT, GMT+8).

                                     v.               Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

                                    vi.               Participants are responsible for ensuring that the submitted link is accessible and functional throughout the judging period.

                                  vii.               The video should clearly present:

                                viii.               Videos must be presented in English.

                                    ix.              Any form of plagiarism, misrepresentation, or use of copyrighted materials without proper acknowledgment may result in

   disqualification.

                                       x.             Organizers reserve the right to reject videos that fail to comply with the submission requirements.
