Fees by Category (All fees are quoted per submission, not per individual):

• Higher Education Institution (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) Students (Local) – RM70 (Malaysian)

• Higher Education Institution (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) Students (International) – USD25 (International)

 All participants are required to include the phrase ‘VIIC3’ in the payment reference section during the transaction. Additionally, please ensure that the payment receipt file is renamed using the following format:

VIIC3-IC No. (for Malaysian participants) or VIIC3-Passport No. (for international participants).

An individual may submit more than one idea entry; however, each submission must follow the same process as outlined. Participants must register under the correct category based on their current academic or professional status at the time of registration.
