The major modifications, as compared with the version 3.0 (Aug 2010):
- Calculation of power profiles integrated along vertical/horizontal is available, with the option to set the horizontal/vertical step of power integration (mostly applicable for RID STE power calculations). The profiles can be saved as text files.
- For power density calculations in the HNB/DNB intersection area BTR is able to set a surface at arbitrary position and orientation up to user’s demand via direct input. The surface is supposed to be quadrilateral but not necessarily rectangular. BTR calculates, saves and reloads the results on these surfaces in its standard manner.
- The number of contours and the step of Contours map are currently set by the user. The points array for each contour can be saved in a separate text file.
- The input format for magnetic field data is extended. At present BTR reads 3D-matrices of magnetic field with variable spatial steps along X, Y, Z. The input file should contain 6(7) columns as follows: X, Y, Z, Bx, By, Bz, (Babs). The data can be unsorted, but the mesh should consist of bricks, i.e. only straight angles are allowed.
