We have had such an amazing time this summer getting to know each other and building a community amongst our rising 7th graders. Although our Breakthrough program was virtual this summer we tried to make it as fun as possible. We are super proud of all the Hard work each one of our students has put into their projects this summer.

Hello! My name is Wendy Tovar and I am from Austin Tx. I'm a sophomore at Texas A&M University- San Antonio majoring in Business Management. I'm also a 2nd year returning teacher fellow here at Breakthrough. All of our students have worked super HARD the whole summer for this day. Even though our program has been virtual im glad to say that we have created such beautiful bonds with all of our students:))

I love to play a lot of games if i would play games all day my favorite game would be Fortnite it's an online game anyone can play for free. My Favorite sport is soccer I LOVE soccer because I can be able to run around and kick a back and score for a GOAL. My favorite food is mexican food both of my parents are Hispanic so it runs in the family.
