Welcome to Team 1, more awesomely known as the dream team! This summer, we three teaching fellows came together to form a virtual classroom with some of the coolest students on the planet. We unanimously agree that tacos are THE food, fan on is the only way to sleep, and winter is the most magical time of year. Check out our work! WELCOME to Manor Team 2!!!

We have had such an amazing time this summer getting to know each other and building a community amongst our rising 7th graders. Although our Breakthrough program was virtual this summer we tried to make it as fun as possible. We are super proud of all the Hard work each one of our students has put into their projects this summer.

Welcome to Team 3! We have to say we had the B3ST group of rising 7th graders and dynamic Teaching Fellows! Even though we had our summer program over Zoom and never met in person, we built community and most importantly, saw everyone grow.

Welcome to Team 4!! We have had the best time getting to know each other and building community amongst the our group of rising 8th graders and Teaching Fellows. Despite only meeting on Zoom, we had so much fun learning about ourselves, our community, and our world through our discussions and projects. The Teaching Fellows wanted to ensure that our students were able to form connections with each other and with their teachers and create work that they are proud of.

Ms. Mackenzie, Mr. Jefrey, and Ms. Misbah have gotten the wonderful opportunity to behold the shine of Team 5. With so many wonderful individuals, there was never a dull moment in the virtual classroom. The teachers really hope this collection of projects can reflect even just a fraction of the joy these kids brought to them this summer.

Hello! Welcome to Team 6: Kermit the Fro6s!

We are a team of rising 8th graders with of goal of understanding who we are, our communities, and the world around us. Our team mascot is kermit the frog (the reason why is because it goes well with the number 6 and we discussed lots about kermit memes). This summer we've have had an amazing time getting to know each other and working with one another.

Hi! We are Team 7! We are made up of 3 awesome teaching fellows and 13 amazing students. In our class this summer, we focused on learning about ourselves, our communities, and our world around us. We have traveled the world, learned how to code, and learned some sports trivia through our explorations. As a team, we fostered a sense of community and got to make new friends over the past month.
