Electronics Setup

In order to optimize the growth and health of the black soldier fly larvae, environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity need to be kept within a certain range. After programming the sensor and raspberry pi to respond to this range, a circuit was constructed with two LEDS representing humidity and temperature. When either condition is out of range, the LED will blink alerting the user to adjust accordingly. In the future, it will be easy to add on to this code to automate the activation of a fan or heater.
