Coordinates the ordeal induction process for newly elected candidates by: ensuring they know the time and location of the ordeal, providing information of what to bring to the ordeal, and offering assistance (as needed) to the lodge in the ordeal process
Participates in the Court of Honor as requested by recognizing new OA members and changes in OA honors of troop members. Report on OA activities.
Assist with leadership and outdoor skills training
Encourage Arrowmen to assume leadership positions in the troop as well as be active participants in lodge and/or chapter activities.
Assists current ordeal members in the troop in sealing their membership by becoming Brotherhood members.

Conduct a review of all photos to ensure they look good and are current. Make recommendations for updates. If needed, stage pictues at meetings or on campouts to create pictures for the website.
Check all links to make sure they work and are accurate. Ensure link description matches linked documents.
Review resource documents to see if updates are needed. Create new resource documents as needed under the guidance of Adult Advisor.
Ask the adult leaders and PLC for ideas on what to change on the website. Specifically reach out to the Troop Historian and Librarian.
Review and make recommendations on color schemes, fonts, other esthetics.
Let the troop know when meaningful updates have been made to the website. This can be done via TroopTrack email or troop meeting announcement.
Make other updates to the website as needed under the guidance of Adult Advisor.
Ensure privacy of youth and adult troop members is protected.
