Organize your parts (incl. all hardware; as shown in the video) & prep for assembly
Inspect frame for defects (warranty the bike right away if you find any weld-cracks or other damage)
Fill (w/ incl. electrolytes / acid) your battery & slow-charge it overnight; it should have at least 12.9v
Lubricate (w/ WD-40 or Teflon spray) your brake & clutch cables (spray inside of the sleeve)
Grease your front & rear tire axles, as well as your rear swingarm & rear shock joints
(Optional) Disassemble your handlebar / fork stem & grease the steering stem bearing
Clean & "silence" (w/ Brake Quiet) your brakes & discs
Mount your front tire, rear tire (after greasing), rear shock, & kickstand: make sure to use Red Threadlocker on the threads of your axles, shock bolts, & kickstand bolt.
Mount your front brake caliper & be sure to add Red Threadlocker to the mounting bolts (be sure to also remove the rear caliper mounting bolts & threadlock them as well)
Inspect / adjust spokes (also found in maintenance section); tighten if loose / wiggling
Mount / connect your dash
Use dielectric grease on ALL of your electrical connections (incl. light sockets, wiring harnesses, etc.)
Use anti-seize grease on ONLY your spark plug & exhaust manifold threads (other threads should have Red Threadlocker put on them)
Add a lock-nut to each side of your chain adjusters
Inspect (for kinks), adjust (if needed), & lube your chain (also found in maintenance section)
Adjust front & rear brake cables (if needed), & clutch cable (if needed)
Inspect your wheels & tires for warping or other anomalies; warranty your wheel / tire if you find any
Inspect (& replace /or warranty, if needed) ALL seals; incl. forks, carb, engine gaskets, etc.
Test ALL frame, suspension, brake, wheel, & steering hardware (e.g. bolts, axles, etc.) for Torque Spec
(Optional) Disable your alarm & remote-start (e.g. disconnect the speaker & box)
