Meet your brooks PTA Executive Board

Hello, fellow Brooks families! My name is Rashmi Ravi and I am honored to introduce myself as the new PTA president of our amazing Brooks PTA team. I want to begin by thanking my fellow board members, our dedicated educators and staff, and our school community for your trust and continued commitment to our students. I am super excited to be serving in this role. My husband Vikas and I are proud parents to Samarth 7th grade and Shriya in 3rd grade. I also work full time at RR Donnelley, and also stay actively involved in our school and community, balancing many roles just like many families in the district.

I look forward to working with all of you to strengthen our school community.

I am super excited to join the Brooks Elementary PTA Board as Vice President. By day, I work in tech - solving problems, chasing bugs, and making things run smoothly for traders. By night, I’m a mom of two- Aarohi, entering 6th grade, and Saanjhi, entering 3rd grade. I am a firm believer in the power of community, collaboration and a good dance break. I’m passionate about finding balance between career and family, and love bringing energy and heart into everything I do.

I am looking forward to working with families, staff, and fellow board members to bring fun, enriching programs and activities to the Brooks community.

Hello Brooks Tigers!  I’m happy to be returning to the Brooks PTA board this year as Co-Vice President.  I previously held the role of treasurer from 2022-2025 and am excited to be back in a new position. My husband Dan and I have two kids - Claire (4th grade) and Ryan (6th grade).  I work full time in finance, and in my spare time you can usually find me crafting or curled up with a good book. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new families and helping bring great programs and events to our school community this year.

Hi everyone! I'm excited to be serving as the PTA Treasurer this year. My husband Dan and I have three wonderful kids - Tommy (5th grade), Elisa (3rd grade), and Benny (early preschool). I work full-time as an attorney for banks and lenders, which means I spend a lot of time working with numbers and financial details - skills I'm happy to put to work for our school community! I'm really looking forward to getting more involved, supporting the school and the PTA, and meeting more of the amazing families in our community.
