Group Project

Sarah Kay
I really enjoyed this assignment. I believe I learn better through creating something. A group collaboration was beneficial and my peers were so easy and fun to talk to and collaborate with! I contributed to creating all of the backgrounds. I changed the theme many times but my group mates were very gracious and patient with my indecisiveness. I thought a white theme could symbolise the inner light and positivity that Sarah Kay emits while sandwiching that energy between a more vibrant and colourful start and finish, symbolising the chaotic energy of life itself. I also contributed many facts about Sarah Kay to the bibliography. As a group, we decided to each choose a poem that spoke to us the most and analyse that piece ourselves. I contributed the poem ‘Unreliable’ and its analysis. I helped research and develop the social/cultural contexts page as well. As a group we added personal uTube videos of our chosen poem and acknowledged all information onto our resources page.
