Upon onboarding as DHS we had to write a little background information about ourselves, so people get to know us better. What we wrote was later published in their newsletter. Within the newsletter you will read some fun facts about me!

DHS Newsletter

Ms. Britnee McCauley is a human resources student trainee. Before joining CISA, she worked for Amazon as a sortation associate. Working there taught her the importance of putting the customer first because we focus on getting all packages out on time and in good condition.

In her current role at CISA, Ms. McCauley is proud to represent the agency, gain new skills, and look for any opportunities that will help to further develop her future career in Human Resources. Ms. McCauley’s favorite memory from her previous job were people gathering in the break room to get to know each other. What she looks forward to the most about joining CISA is the change of field from her previous job.

Ms. McCauley is originally from Illinois but moved to Maryland where she now attends Bowie State University.

When she’s not working, she likes to watch movies, go-kart racing, and long drives. Her favorite sports teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Lakers, and the Golden State Warriors. When asked to fun fact about herself, she said, “when I cook by myself, I like to pretend I am on one of the Food Network shows.”
