International Agility Lab- Entrepreneurship

Optimizing Migrapreneur- My team and I were able to make it to the finals in the International Agility Lab for Entrepreneurship in April 2021. The event took place over the course of just 5 days where we had to attend meetings in the morning then collaborate with our team members the rest of the day. On my team were two students from the University of Maryland, two Singapore Management University, one other Bowie State University student. While having to work around the time zone differences was a challenge it was a useful experience that taught us how to properly plan and communicate with people from another continent. The Case study involved assisting a company called Migrapreneur, a company based in Germany, to develop a business strategy that would help migrant entrepreneurs get the resources they need to start a business. While we all came up with ideas for this presentation, my specific part was focused on where the company's app could be utilized to be successful.
