1. Patrons need to email Nicole Lipp: nlipp@swimclubmanagement.com to request a party. A two week notice is preferred.
2. Pool parties of 25+ will be charged $35 an hour per guard.
A. 25-49 guests = 1 guard
B. 50-75 guests = 2 guards
C. 75-100 guests= 3 guards
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the member requesting the pool party along with Brightmoor HOA.
A. The email will detail the time and date, name and address of the member, the total cost and a note explaining how to make the deposit payable to the Brightmoor HOA. Please drop off checks at the front counter at the pool.
4. After the party has taken place, the HOA will get an invoice for the party.
POOL PARTIES:
A. A refundable fee of $100.00 will be required for all parties held at the Brightmoor Pool. The party host is required to be in the pool area for the entire duration of the party. After the party, the SCMG Pool Management designee will inspect the pool premises to ensure cleaning has been performed. If they have, the full deposit will be refunded. If the requirements have not been met, the deposit will be forfeited.
The pool manager will notify a member of the pool committee of any party held at the pool. The committee member along with the pool manager will determine if a party has the potential to create safety hazard to participants, SCMG pool staff or pool facility. If the committee member or manager has a concern, the party host will be contacted for a resolution. If a situation cannot be resolved, the concern will be brought to the Brightmoor HOA Board for an amicable solution.
B. A reserved party has access to the grills and canopy area but does not have sole use of these areas. Other owners will be permitted to use these at any time.
C. The party host is responsible for all activities at the party and must always remain present during the party.
