What is Transfer?

Transfer aims to support the transfer community at Cal and community college students in California. This can look like creating resources such as workshops and socials that cater to specific transfer and community college student needs.

Spring

Transfer Weekend (TW) is a 2-day, 3-night student-ran, all-expense paid overnight program serving over 100 prospective Transfer students who have been admitted to UC Berkeley.

Students experience living in off-campus housing and participate in multicultural programs, workshops, and cultural events that give them the opportunity to engage and interact with current UC Berkeley undergraduates and other admitted students.

The weekend is an opportunity for students to establish crucial social networks before they enter a four-year university.
