NC3 Digital Mulitimeter

In this video, I am learning how to use the HOLD and REC buttons to freeze the screen and record the highest and lowest numbers measured.

Digital multimeters are measuring instruments that can measure quantities such as voltage, current, and resistance.  I learned using a snap on 525 Digital Multimeter.
