I helped successfully transform colonies of E. coli to produce linalool which is known to produce a lavender scent. It was also found to be an effective repellent for mosquitoes in this experiment. 

I helped design a synthetic biological system with C. reinhardtii to produce a pleasant fragrant scent while consuming toxic carbon dioxide from the atmosphere to combat the climate change crisis.

My MLA term paper in my Technical and Managerial Communication (Engineering Management 52) class taught by Professor Amy Hirschfeld that I wrote in the spring of 2024 is focused on the history and impact of Boston's public transit system.
