The original idea of the Broken Crown Piece, that was later scrapped. It's a sequel to the piece Red.

The original idea was to have a woman in the water removing some of her skin as one would remove a shirt or jacket, and where the swimsuit would be, it would be translucent and full of soda, like a Coke bottle. The idea was to also have her organs floating in the ice cubes, and her spin acting as the "straw". After getting it into the coloring, it was decided to make it similar to my Red piece from 2022, this time picking Violet, as it had to soda-like color to it.

Originally the midriff would be exposed, giving the illusion of a 2 piece bikini.

The original vibe was meant to imitate an old Coke Cola ad from the mid 20th century, it didn't stick but its influence was there regardless. It was also based on the work of my friend Rudy, an incredibly talented artist with a knack for drawing the creepy and the gory.

You can almost smell the McCarthyism radiating off this image.
