I learned that I know nothing about Microsoft Office tools. I was absoltely clueless in both Outlook and Excel. However, that is to be expected, considering I have either rarely or never used these softwares. Word and PowerPoint on the other hand, I was very familiar with, yet I still felt like I knew nothing. I now have an email signature, and know what things like "CC" and "BCC" mean. I have a basic understanding of Excel now, I no longer feel like a moron opening that little green X app. My Word and PowerPoint skills have both been expanded, learning headings, table of contents, how to create graphs and charts, and the 6x6 rule.Â
I learned how to navigate different file types, export working and deliverable files, create diagrams, cybersecurity, and so much more! There are so many things I do habitually now, that I did not do before taking this class. So, once again, thank you for making me more digitally literate!
