For my second Coursera brief, I created a responsive ordering website for a florist shop. I was the UX/UI Designer and User Experience Researcher. The webpage provides online ordering, personalized bouquet delivery or pickup, as well as bulk order event planning.
These pictures represent the user experience when ordering floral arrangements. The site offers the option to create an account, access order history, change payment methods, or plan an event.
I constructed the wireframes, designed the layout, and performed user research to ensure an intuitive website layout.
I have the capacity to see a project through from beginning to end, and one the most important lessons I took away from this project was that some designs never truly have an end. They will continue to grow with future iterations, and it's not necessary to create every potential aspect of what a design could be. As user experiences and pain points are taken into consideration, this may potentially take a design into an entirely different direction than what was originally envisioned during the ideation phase.
