All official transcript requests are processed electronically to all colleges and universities. Transcripts that cannot be sent electronically will be mailed by the school to the requested institution.

Please note that SAT, PSAT, AP, and ACT scores are not included with the transcripts. You must request your scores directly from College Board or ACT.

Dual Credit students may view and request transcripts using the Alamo College District ACES portal.

Cost

Each transcript is $3.00 for Current students.

Each transcript is $5.00 for Former students.

Students can pay with credit/debit card on the website or choose the cash/check payment at the school.

Official vs Unofficial

An official transcript is generally required for college/university admissions and scholarship applications. Official transcripts are sent directly from the school to the requested institution. If the transcript is sent in paper form, it is stamped with the school seal and delivered in a sealed envelope.

Unofficial transcripts do not include an official signature, school seal, or envelope.

NCAA Clearinghouse

Students wanting to request transcripts for the NCAA Clearinghouse must first register with NCAA and create an online account.
