Use the Student Registration link below to register and submit required documents using the online portal. All required documents must be scanned and uploaded before an appointment is scheduled. If you are unable to upload the required documents you may fax them to 210-561-2004 or dropped off at the Registrar's office.

To register your child in school you will need:

• An original certified copy of the child's birth certificate

• An up-to-date immunization record

• Child's Social Security card (if available)

• Proof of Residency (Brandeis attendance zone)

  • current or prior month's utility bill; or

  • a sales, lease, or rental contract; or

  • a notarized Affidavit of Residence form

• Government Issued photo ID of parent/guardian

• School Records

  • withdrawal forms from previous school

  • report card

  • unofficial transcript

  • IEP/504 records (if applicable)
