Imagine the learning environment is analogous to the double-helix of a chromosome.  All learning requires interactions and assessments (feedback). These are the learning activities, and they are connected through resources composed of tools and facilities. Activities are dependent on resources, and resources are dependent on activities. How the two are combined will make each learning experience unique.
