The Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education (BCAEd) program focuses on developing students’ knowledge and skills in various fields of arts, culture, and education. Students study subjects related to visual arts, music, dance, drama, cultural heritage, and arts pedagogy to prepare them to become effective artist-teachers. The program integrates theory and practice, allowing students to apply artistic techniques while understanding the cultural context of art. Through academic learning, research, and creative output, BCAEd students are trained to promote and preserve culture through education.

The Arts and Culture Education Society (ACES) provides BCAEd students with a strong organizational community where they can collaborate, lead, and grow as artists and educators. Through meetings, workshops, performances, and cultural activities, members are encouraged to develop leadership, teamwork, and creativity. The organization also serves as a platform where students can express their talents and represent the BCAEd program in university events. By being part of ACES, students experience a balanced life between academics and artistic engagement.
ACES implements various cultural and artistic projects that highlight the creativity and talents of BCAEd students. One of its flagship initiatives is Pagdayawan: Arts Month, a special celebration that showcases performances, exhibits, and artistic presentations in honor of National Arts Month. This project serves as a platform for students to demonstrate their artistic abilities while promoting appreciation for Philippine arts and culture. Through projects like Pagdayawan, ACES continues to strengthen the identity of the BCAEd community and celebrate the power of creativity.
ACES is currently in its second academic year of operation and continues to grow as the official organization of BCAEd students. The organization is structured with four major committees that represent the core artistic disciplines of the program: Dance, Music, Visual Arts, and Drama. Each committee is responsible for developing projects, performances, and training opportunities related to their respective art forms. Through this administrative structure, ACES ensures that every field of art within the BCAEd program is actively represented and developed.
