In the first year, BCAEd students are introduced to the basic concepts of arts and culture through foundational subjects. They take three culture-related courses that help them understand cultural heritage, traditions, and artistic expressions. In the second semester, students also take a dance subject, which begins their practical exposure to performing arts.

In the third year, students begin the application of their specialization subjects through performances, creative outputs, and artistic projects. At the same time, they take professional teaching subjects that prepare them for classroom instruction. This combination helps students integrate their artistic expertise with effective teaching methods as future arts educators.Â
