The Memory Support Service
The Memory Support Service works alongside community mental health teams, memory clinics and partner organisations across the county. The service gives service users access to a Support Advisor who will provide guidance and advice, including signposting to partner organisations that can provide a range of further support such as financial support, advice for carers, and local activity groups.
