Voting is open to all Clear Lake School District residents that will be 18 at the time of the March 3rd election.

Registered resident voters can vote early in person at the Cerro Gordo County Auditor's Office, (220 N Washington Ave., Mason City). Early in-person voting will be open from Feb. 3rd through March 2nd 8:00am-4:30pm. Residents cannot vote at the Cerro Gordo County Auditor’s Office on election day.

Registered resident voters may request an absentee ballot to be sent to them by mail from the Cerro Gordo County Auditor's Office or in person at their county courthouse.
Requesting An Absentee Ballot
- Download and complete an absentee ballot request form. The form does not need to be witnessed or notarized.
- Return the original, signed absentee ballot request form to the Cerro Gordo County Auditor's Office (220 N Washington Ave, Mason City, IA 50401). The request form must be received in the county auditor’s office by Friday, February 21st by 5:00 pm.
- After receiving the signed absentee ballot request form, the County Auditor will mail the voter a ballot. With the ballot, the Auditor will include instructions on how to mark and return the ballot.
- Return the ballot following all directions from the County Auditor.

- Polls will open March 3, 2020 from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Remember one form of proof of identity:
- Iowa Driver's License or Non-operator's ID
- Out-of-state Driver's License or Non-operator's ID
- U.S. Passport
- U.S. Military ID or Veteran's ID
- ID card issued by employer
- Student ID issued by Iowa high school or college
- Tribal ID/document

- Clear Lake Church of Christ, 2010 14th Ave. N, Ward #3
