"Shall the Board of Directors of the Clear Lake Community School District in the county of Cerro Gordo, state of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $18,000,000 to provide funds to build, furnish and equip a secure entry to and improve, remodel furnish and repair the elementary facility: to build, remodel and equipment improvements to the athletic facilities at Lions Field Complex: to build furnish and equip additions to the middle/high school facility, including Wellness Center and gym vestibule additions; and to improve, remodel, furnish and equip the middle/high school facility and site, including a greenhouse and parking/sidewalk improvements."
