This 4-week class will focus on nourishing the deep wisdom and strength that is fundamentally ours when we take the time to stop and focus inward.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is associated with the Water element and its important aspects of rest, soft strength, and the wisdom of listening and stillness. In our class, these aspects will be incorporated into movements and a meditation that nourish the Water element and its meridians (Kidney and Bladder).
