This 4-week class brings us out of the hibernation of winter and into the vibrant growth and beauty of spring. We will focus on deepening our roots and cultivating our flexibility in order to strengthen the ability to growand develop.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is associated with the Wood element and its corresponding meridians of Liver and Gallbladder. Interestingly, the emotion of the Wood element is anger. With the meditative movements that we will learn in this Spring Class, we can move anger out of simple frustration into actions that uphold justice and kind action.
