Cybersecurity also known as InfoSec is the protection of a network/organizations information and data, this includes but is not limited to its digital files, digital information and unauthorized access or use.
To engineer our network we determined that we would provide Software as a Service (SaaS) for our virtualization utilizing a Type II hypervisor to enable us to conduct private cloud computing. It is this method that resulted in a reduction of upfront cost and maintenance thereby enabling us to provide robust levels of service.
Here at Blu Network we do not authorize internet users to modify/reproduce any of our published provided materials/electronic & digital content. As the various logos of our network partners serve as their trademarks therefore our intellectual property is protected under copyright laws that prevent the unauthorized duplication, distribution or modification of the creative work that can be observed on our various network websites.
To maintain the cybersecurity of our network we conduct audits annually on our websites to evaluate integration and connectivity. Our ethics enable us to protect our infrastructure by doing what is honorable in an effort to ensure that our internet users are not being subjected to fear, uncertainty and doubt as we provide diligent and competent services as technology continues to advance. At the organizational level of our network, policies and procedures are rooted in reality as we provide guidance of the correct way of engaging with and consuming information on the internet. Moreover, our education school network is in alignment with Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core State Standards which guide our academic program and internships.
As an organized network our audits utilize metrics hybrid risk analysis to identify and avoid threats and vulnerabilities, as well as reduce the likelihood and impact of identified risks. It is our goal as a network to have zero annualized loss expectancy as the total cost of ownership of our network increases thereby resulting in a positive return on investment of our operational expenses.
Our network does not collect, transmit or share personal data, however some third-party software applications do, with many of them giving you the option to decline app tracking.
As a network we recommend the presence of antivirus software to prevent malware software from attacking your computer applications and system, as well as the utilization of a VPN technique for the encryption of data in motion as IPSec & PPP (point-to-point) protocols will enable the sending of private data over an insecure network such as a public network.
