Our robotics and app lab does not require/place our engineers under contract, however we do have an agreement to state that you will not share the provided information that we provide you access to on social media or other website outlets
Health Tips for Engineers & Programmers
Take walk or get some fresh air prior to engineering or programming
Take a break every 2 hrs while coding to stretch, clear your head and cool down
Stay hydrates (water/electrolyte drinks/juice)
Eat snacks rich in carbohydrates and proteins and be sure to eat 2-3 meals per day
Make sure that your mental health is in a good place prior to engineering or programming
