Our training programmes are built on our model of Awareness, Education, Action. We focus on building awareness, skills, knowledge and confidence in dealing with the current environmental challenge in any organisation.
The driver behind our programmes is to create a People's Movement, encouraging workplace activism that develops purpose-led work and enhances culture, focus and change from within.
Our programmes are designed for all levels of awareness, helping to embed a sustainability and climate aware culture.
We have a particular series of programmes dedicated to early careers and talent management, both for businesses as well as education centres.

The Blue Futures team are certified facilitators of the Biodiversity Collage, and we find this model one of the most powerful in our toolkit. Preserving biodiversity means preserving life itself and this workshop provides a wide overview of our interdependency with nature.
The Biodiversity Collage is a 3-hour workshop centered on collaboration and collective intelligence.
Based on the IPBES reports, it enables participants to discover how ecosystems function, the uses of biodiversity for humankind, its interactions with human activity and the threats biodiversity currently faces.
The Blue Futures team are certified facilitators of the Climate Fresk, and we find this model essential to grasp an understanding of the current climate crisis.
In order to take action and build solutions, we first need to understand the problem. Climate Fresk is a 3 hours workshop and a powerful way of providing a quality climate education.
The facts in the Climate Fresk are sourced from the most respected scientific publications: the UN Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports. These are the same reports that inform global political and economic decision-making at the highest level.

Our team have been at the forefront of making meaningful change happen within a variety of organisations and industries for many years. We have worked within large and mid-sized corporations and supported small start-ups and SMEs scaling up.
We have developed our offering on a simple 3 stage model, which we apply to all our services, focusing on Awareness, Education, Action. We apply these three stages to all of our work, we make sure our clients do not miss key steps of vital knowledge.
Underpinning this model are our core values:
Simplicity - keep it simple. We will not over-complicate things and our commitment is that whatever we deliver for you will be easy to digest, apply and implement.
Honesty - we will always tell you as it is. We will not hide the hard truths, and we will always be direct and honest. Sometimes this might be painful, sometimes welcome, but always constructive.
Integrity - we will always do what we say we will do and stay true to our purpose.
Collaboration - we will always work in partnership with you and your teams, working together to support your transition.
