INTRODUCTION

SALWA

Introducing, my name is Salwa, born in Pekalongan on October 27, 2001, and currently living in the same city. I am an active student at Pekalongan University, studying S1 Mathematics Education. Besides my studies, I am also active in organizations and developing my skills in various activities that support my learning and professional experience. Involvement in organizational activities has enriched me personally and professionally, and helped me build an active, creative, and communicative character. I believe that with these diverse experiences, I can contribute more to Pekalongan University and the world of education.

My journey from semester 1 to semester 7 was full of various opportunities to develop myself. In 2021/2022, I started as a tutor at Madrasah Rohmatun lil A'lamin, Krapyak Kidul Village. In the 2022/2023 academic year, I joined as a general member of UKM RISTEK and PIKMA SRIWIJAYA, and was active in the Education, Research, and Community Service Division of HIMMAPTIKA. In 2023/2024, I was trusted as a Member of Member Resources Empowerment Division in UKM RISTEK and Coordinator of Education, Research, and Community Service Division in HIMMAPTIKA, where I got the opportunity to manage community service activities and more in-depth research.

In addition, I am grateful to have achieved various achievements and experiences, such as being a presenter in the Mathematics Education Seminar 3 in 2021, and participating in FKIP Teaching Pekalongan University at PKBM An-Nur Paninggaran and Insan Cendekia Rogoselo in 2022. I also became a finalist in the Pekalongan Regency Krenova Competition in 2023, participated in Campus Teaching Batch 6 at SD Negeri Sidorejo, and contributed as a proposer of the Student Creativity Program Proposal for three consecutive years, namely 2022, 2023, and 2024. In addition, I became a top 10 finalist in the QRIS Jelajah Indonesia 2024 competition organized by KPw Tegal Bank Indonesia. In semester 6, I also did an innovation internship with Bappeda Pekalongan City.

In this 7th semester, one of the most memorable achievements for me was the opportunity to join the SEA-Teacher Batch 10 program at Mariano Marcos State University, Philippines. This program gave me an international insight into effective teaching methods and hands-on experience in the field. This experience is an important provision for me in building a career in education and making the best contribution in the future, especially in the world of teaching in Indonesia. I would like to express my gratitude for all the support from my family, lecturers, and the university who have accompanied my academic journey.
