Mal-wars was one my favorite projects to work on in school. It was my second attempt at using the Core Editor. But the experience was what game development was all about. Changes here, cuts there, and working with all sorts of team members of varying skill level. Here I was the engineering team lead in charge of getting a schedule made for all my my team members and explaining their tasks. These tasks could have varied from bug fixes or design changes passed from the design team. Although, the game was never fully finished as this was only a 15 week project the game was in it's near complete state.

For my role in development besides being the lead engineer was my responsibility for the feedback mechanisms from the tower in the game. This included the laser, mortar, sniper, and the AoE tower. From sound to animations I was using the tool called Ease3D developed by another user for smoother animation for the Core Editor. It was a new tool me along with the Lua language (beside from my first attempt being Hot Dog Tycoon). Besides the finished build link here is an early example of how the sniper turret behaved and fired.
