the idea is to make a mobile holder using laser catter
i care about this idea because i will use it in the construction of the final project
by searching in gooogle i see many idea can be done by laser cutter

Software 1-using fusion tomake the 2.5 dimensional parts by modeling it and joning it together
2-using laserwork to convertthe dxf file to rtl file to by used in laser cutter machine

i made a cardboard modelfor my design by the cutter and the cardboard only
i sketch the parts in fusion use extrude with the thickness of the MDF i will use
during sketches i use the dimension of the slotes in the last task to make T slot
then i join them in fusion to simulate the connection how it will work and if there is any trouble
then i export the sketches from fusion as DXF file which can be open by laser worker
import the DXF in laser worker and move the parts to use minimum area in the MDF sheet
changing the power to 65 and speed to 25 of the cut color and the ingrafing color change it is power to 25 and it is speed to 300

Machine lasercutter in fab lab
at the began we turn on the machine from the power key
then we open the .rld file of the mobile holder
and check the power and speed of the cut and grafing
then click in download and save it with any name
then in the machine we check the orgin point (0,0)
and the hight of the nose also checked
then choose the name of the file we already saved it
then close the machine untill finish

I ask my friend and he suggest to increase the part that hold the mobile to not slide easly and adding part for the charging

1-how to export the file from the fusion 360 to DXF file
i cannot reach the export tool but by searching
my friends told me that it appear only by clicking in the sketch
2-exercise to make complex shape like nuke sign and train using other modifiers
