DIY Pictionary

Give each person playing 3 different categories, have them write ten words for each category on small strips of paper. The picture to the left has some ideas!

Here is a site with a TON of words to play with: https://grammar.yourdictionary.com/games-puzzles-and-worksheets/fun-pictionary-words-for-kids-of-all-ages.html

Once everyone is done, fold each trip in half and place all the strips into a bowl. Pull one strip out and set the timer for 30 seconds.

Have the person to your left guess what you are drawing. Next person to go was who guessed the picture and the person to guess next is to their left. continue to go around the circle until all the strips are used. To switch up who guesses for who just reverse from left to right.

"Behind Your Back" Challenge

Today's virtual activity will be a game for the whole family to play!

We saw this game played on social media a few weeks ago, and we fell in love with it...

It's the "Behind your Back" Challenge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfEayVmGfXY

All you need to play is paper and drawing utensils.

You will need at least two people to play this game, but the more the merrier (and more difficult)! The person who is going to go first will stand behind their partner. Their partner will have a pace of paper taped to their back.

In front of the partner, there should be a piece of paper taped up to the wall (or a sturdy surface) as well.

All players should have a writing utensil. The player behind their partner will pick a picture to draw on the paper taped to their partner's back. The partner will try to copy the drawing of their partner on their own paper at the same time.

This game is so fun, and everyone will be laughing by the end. You can make it a game with more than two people and it becomes a game of drawing telephone!

The more detailed the picture, the harder it is to recreate
