Physical Fitness Bingo

As simple to play as the original version. A line down, up, across, or diagonal wins (middle square is a freebie), but this game comes with a little twist: each box includes a specific workout move that has to be completed in order to cover that square. You will need at least two people to play, and one person should be designated BINGO caller and checker.

This is a fun game for anyone to play, and it is great because it can be played anywhere. On this post, there are four different boards that can be used for a game. Make it a challenge in your house, or something to get you up and out of your seats.

Here, we're playing for rice crispy treats, and who gets to choose what's for dinner tonight. Happy playing!

Deck of Cards Workout

You will need a classic deck of cards and some space to complete this activity.

The rules are simple:

Each suit represents a specific move:

Clubs - jumping jacks

Hearts - crunches

Spades - jog-in-place

Diamonds - high knees (1 rep = both knees lifted)

Each number represents the reps/how long you perform each move.

So, for example, if you pulled a 7 of spades, you would jog-in-place for 7 seconds. If you pulled a queen of clubs, you would do 12 jumping jacks, and so on. (Jack = 11; Queen = 12; King = 13; Ace = 14).

You can switch out the moves to ones "suit" you better - ha, get it?
