Celestial Soirée

Come watch our performance team over a catered meal under the stars. This enchanting evening is inspired by the beauty and mystery of the night sky and its celestial heavenly bodies. Join us for a timeless night filled with music and performances inspired by various constellations and their myths. After the performance, there will be a  chance for you to join the fun with a dance lesson taught by our very own team members!

Club Social

Come join us for a fun evening of dancing on Sunday, October 5th! We will have music playing for a variety of ballroom dances, so you can put those skills you learned in club to good use! If you haven't been to any club lessons, do not worry! We can teach you day of too!

The Masquerade

Join us to an amazing event inspired by the romantic, yet tragic, story of Romeo and Juliet. There will be a three-course meal and a performance retelling the famous forbidden love story and a chance to learn some dance moves yourself!

Binghamton Ballroom Dance Revolution

Once again hosting our annual collegiate ballroom competition! Come and see dancers ranging from Newcomer to Open compete against one another and get a look at the ballroom dance community!

The Royal Ball

The Binghamton Ballroom Dance Association will be hosting their annual fall banquet on Friday, November 18th! This year we're holding the Royal Ball, a formal, 1800s-inspired dance bound to be the event of the season. Included with your ticket are a buffet-style dinner, drinks, a dance lesson, and spectacular performances! We have limited capacity, so be sure to get your tickets ASAP--you won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind, classy event! We will be tabling to sell tickets on campus throughout October and November.

Dancing with the Greeks

The Binghamton Ballroom Dance Association is hosting their annual charity performance event, Dancing with the Greeks (DWTG), Thursday April 21st from 7PM to 10PM. Based on the popular TV show Dancing with the Stars, DWTG pairs competitive team dancers with representatives from various Greek organizations on campus (Alpha Phi Omega, AKPsi, DSP, Sigma Gamma Rho, Theta Tau, and KKG) and pits them against each other in an exciting and dynamic competition where the winners will donate $300 total to a charity of their choice! Spectators can purchase tickets during tabling on campus or at the door.

Valentine's Day at the Farmer's Market

BBDA is collaborating with the Broome County Regional Farmer's Market to host a Valentine's Day ballroom lesson! We will be teaching American Rumba and Bachata. The night will consist of two 45-minute lessons and then open dancing. Feel free to dress up if you'd like! Just make sure to wear clothes you can move in. Sunset Bachata

Join us on the spine at 5:30pm by the library fountain outside the library tower as we enjoy the sunset and some bachata dancing. We will begin with a dance lesson -- no experience necessary! Just come ready to learn and have fun!
